I just wanted to Thank you for wonderful service when you picked up my Mom at
Southwest Florida Regional airport and delivered her to Sanibel. She was very impressed with the young man in a suit
and picking her up in a Lincoln Town Car.
My concern.....I see that your company only charged me $66.00 for the service. I believed
that you would charge an additional
20% for gratuity and certainly want the fellow to get a gratuity. If this wasn't included, please.....charge my account for all he did to make her comfortable.
I feel very bad thinking that he didn't get a tip.

I
just wanted to take a minute to thank you so very, very much for helping me yesterday when I had an accident on the way to
the airport. You were so kind to wait for me at the accident scene, bring me a bottled water in the boiling heat, get
me to the airport safely and then wait to make sure I made the plane. All of this was above and beyond the call
of duty and very unexpected in today’s world. I will tell everyone I know about your exceptional service and will
always call you in the future. It was a pleasure getting to know you. As
an aside, our plane made it out of Fort Myers on time in spite of the storm and arrived early in Philadelphia.
And, my car made it to Val Ward and on to the truck which is currently bringing it to us in Delaware. So, all
is well. As my husband said, “you had a very lucky day”. And, he’s right. Thank

I recently made a trip to Ft. Myers/Cape Coral. I hired your organization (having NO idea if it was a good choice) and
I would like to say that it certainly was!!! Tyrone picked me up and then made an un-anticipated pick up later that
night. Tyrone was professional and was so very cool. Returning us to the airport was John/Jack, haha. He
was wonderful as well. There is always apprehension when hiring an organization you're not familiar with and
I just want to let you that I appreciated it so much! If, and when I return to Cape Coral in the future, I will keep

I wanted to thank you and your staff for assisting us at our conference this
week at the Sundial. I got some great feedback from our participants on your service
(see below). Many, many thanks for making this process a simple one and for being so flexible and conscientious.
Question: I know we had some last minute cancellations. Are we charged for those? I just
want to check. Also, if you
could send me a final invoice at your convenience, I would appreciate that.
Best, Roz The guy from Select Transportation that picked everyone up from the airport was great.
He helped an older couple find their car while we were in the parking lot, told us a little bit about the area on the
drive in, and I also heard that for the girl who arrived at 4:00 am, he carried her bags and helped her find her room so that
she wouldn't have to find it alone at night. Good choice- he really went the extra mile! thought that your planning and scheduling of the shuttle service and other were really great
